Each mask comes with our tap technology to easily change settings.
1. Charge your mask with our supplied USB Type C Cord (Alternatively you may use other USB Type C Cords). You'll see a circular red light indicating that your mask is being charged. Once fully charged you'll see a circular green light and can flip the "On" switch located towards the top of the mask when you are ready to use.
2. Tap once (easiest with your palm) to power the mask on toward the middle of the forehead.
3. Once powered on, you can select your desired color by tapping above the right eye (if looking at it) You can continue to tap to reach your color of choice.
4. Once you've selected your color, you can adjust the power setting by tapping above the left eye (if looking at it). Like the color setting, you can tap until you reach your desired level.
5. If you haven't already, insert the eye protection and begin your session for 15 minutes.
6. Once your session is complete, you may turn the switch to off.
Optional: Use our app for guidance.
You can use up to 7x per week but no more than 15 min per day.

Personally I love light therapy and also what it does for my clients. That being said, I wouldn't expect overnight miracles. But here's a general list of what it does. Studies have shown these colors may assist with:
Red - Anti-aging, fine lines, wrinkles, collagen and elastin production.
Green - Anti-inflammation, hyper-pigmentation, dark spots, and oily skin.
Blue - Anti-acne and psoriasis.
Purple - Combination of red and blue light.
Yellow - Balancing of skin texture, redness, and rosacea.
Cyan - Reduces swollen capillaries and inflammation.
White - Anti-inflammation, boosts skin metabolism and tightening/firming.
So there's a lot of potential benefits there for everyone. With this particular mask you can cover a wide range of needs. However, you're probably not going to need all of the colors. My suggestion is to stick with what you need primarily and compliment when need be with the other colors. This is what I do for my clients to make them feel and know that they are getting a customized treatment.

So this is what it felt like to be the most powerful woman of all time. It's been a power trip bossing my fiance around while wearing the mask.
